I made the 10 year challenge 4 years ago. I got reminded today about this post I made four years ago and lately the 10 years challenge had been flooding my feed and i thought why not do it on Steemit.
I don't remember how old I was on my Now and Then photo, although this was made four years ago nothing much had changed. No one can stop or reverse the effects of aging although we can slow it down. Other people got better genes I think and never get affected too much by aging. I wonder what are the things you do to keep your physical body in good condition. Aside from proper diet and physical activity what else do you do?
