Nagrado za najboljšo igralko je prejela Renee Zellweger za vlogo v filmu Judy (kategorija drama) in Joaquin Phoenix za vlogo v filmu Joker, v kategoriji glasbenih filmov in komedij pa Awkwafina za film The Farewell in Taron Egerton za film Rocketman.
