This is our first Blog Post in 2022. We are excited about this brand new year and look forward to bring new music and videos out to the world, connect with likeminded people and work with other musicians and creators.
🎵☯️We are planning on experimenting with different music genres such as very calm meditation music and soundscapes but also music with some beats such as LoFi. Also we want to explore the possibilities of recording live music. We will also produce guided meditation tracks and one of our resolutions for this year is to meditate more since it can have so many positive effects on you.

Also we want to give you some tips and tools for the new year to stay calm and relaxed in stressful times.
👍Positive Affirmations:
These are basically positive sentences or words you tell yourself over and over. We use this ourselves on a daily basis, and we believe that it has the potential to change your thinking to a more positive mindset. It might not work for everyone and sometimes it takes a while to see some changes. But we would highly recommend just to try, if you are open for it! There are alot of good YouTube Videos with positive affirmations. You can hear these while waking up in the morning, or even while taking a shower or during cooking. So you don`t need to schedule extra time for it!
☯️Meditation:
There are many, many different types of meditation. For example silent meditation, music meditation or guided meditations. If you are interested in this you can find a lot of material on the internet but in the future you will also find more about it on this channel.
🎧Binaural Beats:
This is a great way to support your concentration, to sleep better, to get more positive energy or just to be able to relax easier. There are different Binaural Beats for different situations. If you are interested in this you should check out our last blog post.
Not every technique works for everyone, so it’s good to explore different tools and just try out what works best for you.
