YOGA
Today I went for another yoga class with my colleagues. We did a couple of moves. And I kinda hate the downward dog pose.. because it was painful for my calf. And I can feel the muscle tightness of my calf muscles when we did the downward dog pose. But my yoga instructor said... you need to do more of the pose that you hate because that is what you need. It was painful because that is what you need to put extra attention to.

I just love how much we sweat when we barely did anything extreme. All we did was only stretches! Stretches, mind you. Hahaha it's all about stretching the muscles in our body. And we would sweat like crazy!
I did it
The pose that I did seems so easy right? It doesn't look hard or anything right? FALSE! It hurts like crazy. My yoga instructor corrected me many times. If you are doing it leisurely, you are doing it wrong. You got to feel the pain of the muscles being pulled or stretches. There must be pain and discomfort, otherwise you are doing it wrong.
I had a great day at the yoga class today. And I even had a lovely dinner after that ❤❤❤
