Yesterday was my Day 2 of #50squatchallenge and #50pushupchallenge that was started by @notorious562.
I did a total of 120 reps throughout the day for each exercise. I also was able to do 8 regular push-ups! I was hoping for at least 5 so I'm really happy with that.
I also went to the gym yesterday for the first time this week - and it's Friday now so I'll just have to make it up by going everyday for the rest of the week.
