I'm finally getting back into the groove of working out after missing a few days early this week.
Here are my workout logs for this past two days. Day 3 & 4 of #50squatchallenge and #50pushupchallenge. I'm really only doing knee push-ups instead of the regular one but I'm hoping to be able to at least do a set of 10 reps of regular push-ups by next week. Hopefully. I tried the other day and managed 8 so I'm hopeful.
