RI-001 is the first plane of Indonesia which bought of Acehnese.
However, many people have wrong knowledge that history. Nowdays, the Acehnese think the plane in the picture above is the real plane of RI-001. Actually, the plane which located in Blang Padang, Aceh, Indonesia is the monument to appreciate the Acehnese who collaborate to get the Indonesia freedom in 1945. The monument built in 1984 when Aceh province spread out the 32th national the holy quran competition in 1984.
