Сградата се намира в самия център на Варна. Улицата южно от нея (вляво на снимката) води към ЖП гарата на града. Изглежда да е била построена преди поне 15 години, но поради незвестни за мен прични така и не е завършена. Партерът на блока е ограден с дървени плоскости, едната от които беше поддала. Вероятно някой е влизал вътре и е палил огън, понеже има видими следи от сажди.
The building is located in the very center of Varna. The street south of it (on the left) leads to the city's train station. It seems to have been built at least 15 years ago, but for reasons unknown to me, it has not been completed. The ground floor of the block is enclosed by wooden boards, one of which was exposed. Probably someone came inside and lit a fire because there are visible traces of soot.
