You're Lazy:
You put in more time at work
Keep the house looking great
Do favors for others
Yet you're not chasing that dream you said you wanted so badly
You feel busy
You feel like a hard worker
But you're too lazy to work on yourself
So you do everything to avoid it
Lazy
A study I want to see done:
How much talent & intelligence we have wasting away in prisons
And in what way did this country fail those individuals to lead them there
When you can get a decent morning workout done in 15-30 minutes
All the "I don't have time" excuses are out the window
Not enough time to workout = too much time doing something else
Learned while in the gym:
“Passive aggressiveness stems from the number 1 thing that humans experience the most, fear of direct confrontation.”
There are 2 ways to deal with passive aggressiveness:
do not engage with the person displaying this
take their act and amplify it to let them know you are not to be fucked with.
Stop asking people what motivates them to better themselves
Start asking yourself what motivates you to stay the same
How to stay consistent in the gym:
Make a list of every excuse you can think of
Write two counters for each excuse
Revert to that list when you’re feeling sorry for yourself
Hold yourself accountable for your actions
As well as inactions
You can apply this to any activity
I noticed, some people are uncomfortable with positivity.
Do yourself a favor this weekend
Skip the partying & Television
Read 1 book relating to your goal/dream
It just might reignite that passion that was stolen from you
Friday is a powerful day
It's what separates the hustlers from the average Joe
