Keeping your eyes on the bigger picture is important as it keeps motivating us for our purpose, but most of the focus should be on getting the right individual small steps and framing and prioritizing them properly.
As every drop(small steps) should fall exactly framed in co-ordination with the bucket to make the goal of getting the bucket full, so for getting the goal of the bigger pictures we have to frame the smaller goals which we can do effectively keeping us continuously motivated and our work easy and systematic.
