Current Loyalty and Influence Index (LI and LnI Index) for ActnEarn DOERS

We are able to modify the code for these computations. And now we can include last seven posts. The above numbers are based on DOERS contributions for last 7 posts. These will be used to upvote future contributions as described in Loyalty and Influence Index - LnI by ActnEarn
