One of the biggest confusions for beginners is to add images to posts or profile thumbnails and large profile picture. But actually it is very easy and here is how you do it.
To add image to your profile or to your blog post just the funny one which I added above you need to find it somewhere on internet as it has to be hosted on internet.
For example, you can open google and search for something you are interested in once search completes click images on google search and it will open all related images to your search.
- Once you have decided which image you would like to add just RIGHT CLICK on image and in pop-up tab which opens click on - Open Image in new tab -
- When image is opened in new window all you need to do is to copy URL / Link of this image and paste it in your blog post.
- To get your own image for profile thumbnail for example or if you wish to add some image which is on your computer you will first need to upload it somewhere for example to some of your social media site where you can also just like mentioned above - RIGHT CLICK - on image and open it in new window and then just copy link of your image and add it in your steemit settings page.
