What about use of alcohol, tobacco and other substances?
It's not about if they are good or bad, it's how we use it, if it serves us and we don't get addicted, it's fine and often helpful, but if it destroys our life, we should look for the underlying root cause of the problem, get help and work on it but most importantly - never feel guilty about seeking little relief while using until we solve the issues and then addiction goes away automatically.
Addictive substances are harmless to positive people, shame, guilt and blame cause the most damage to our body, which is always curable but we shall always remember that there is no better drug then self induced happiness which comes from self-realization, passion and satisfaction of life.
Occasional drug use may show us how high we can feel, but getting to that state sober is thousand times better, happiness is free and easy to get, decision is up to us, here is how to do it, free yourself from any addiction the easy, comfortable way, cheers 🙂
