determined to get the most out of my time today, i know i've got twenty four minutes until my video encoding is done, it's for a bigger client piece, kinda wanted to get two of them done today but i don't think it's realistic, lots of words, back to back, 1hr solid straight of video, not as easy as it sounds! :)

today then, the big question was what's your biggest achievement to date and i have to say i'm really looking forward to the answers to this, i'm really feeling the vibe growing already on day three between each other in the group and it makes it a dream to edit and to hear you all get in front of the camera and just talk -- imagine if job centres across the world had some kind of application to inspire and motivate people into re-learning some new skills, sharing stories, taking time out to show that someone out there cares about you.

package upgrade is the 7th, i'm debating if to just keep it to the ten people or get the bump up to another twenty five people, i know that i'm gonna be selective now that we have an original founding group, i'm very keen to keep that safe space going where we give authentic feedback.
i put the other two days on youtube as well and made a playlist for it, i've also put a mobile compressed version in a folder inside our platform so if your on the go you can watch it nicer in there rather than relying on IPFS playback etc or trying to find older posts.
even thou we have a few weeks worth of questions already in the system if you want to make a question please leave it in the comments below, team if you want to upvote your favorite ones then i'll take a bunch of the comments from the top and turn them into question! :)
Consider these when posting your video
- 16:9 landscape works better for an editor than portrait (but i'll still include it if you make it that way)
- don't watch the others in the day until you have uploaded yours (let your internal voice come through)
- there is no right or wrong way to answer the question
- aim for 1:30 > 3:00 minutes maybe, but if your on a tear, go for it, i'll pick out the awesome stuff
- always think sound quality, be aware of background noise (bad video is fine if the audio is super clean)
- this is an empowerment network, treat it like it's the last node network on planet earth.
Pricing for Upgrading our Account
- so next level up is $29 a month, 50gb of storage for 25 collaborators (gonna get this on next update) -- so get ya suggestions ready of some video bloggers for me to check out! :)
- after that it's $99 a month for 100gb and 100 collaborators -- that's what i'm aiming for for next year
- there is a business price per month but it's nuts at $299 with 400gb of space and unlimited collaborators but i'd probably have a nervous breakdown with that many users tbh! :)

i realise it's not much but it's just my way of saying thank you with what i have, i know steem is not worth much at the moment but if you HODL that, you migth be able to get yourself a decent coffee/breakfast next year with it? i'll expect a vlog when you do however! :)
