If your case is to have your economic situation as a concern, because it is the one that caused the other problems, start with that sheet. Describe as best as possible, writing only the facts, without labeling them as difficult or horrible. Remember to be as realistic as possible, refer only to what is happening at that moment. The next step is to remove toxic thoughts from your mind, as they wear physically and emotionally. Go for a walk and do meditation exercises or any other activity that helps you balance body, mind and spirit.
Live the Present and Occupy
Face your "now", that is, do not waste time or be anguished thinking about the past. Yesterday has passed, and there is not much we can do for things that have already happened. However much he does and repents, he cannot change what has already happened. Tomorrow is uncertain. If you live according to the future, leave the present aside, which is the moment when you can do something positive.
If it is possible to do something to avoid a problem that is going to present itself, do it today, but do not spend part of your time thinking about what you must do in the future or what will happen tomorrow.

Crises require leaving the comfort zone because they are usually caused by unexpected changes that do not depend on us. Since he can no longer return to the previous situation, the usual behaviors are not very effective, so he will need to look for new answers.
