I want to show everyone some Progress of Steem Ghana and the Steemit Shop and Steemit HQ buildings, we will be able to rent and purchase this real estate for a small fraction of what we would be able to afford in the west. These rentals and future properties will become a HUGE milestone.... having physical storefronts accepting steem and SBD to buy food and to have a steem cafe place with affordable cheap wifi for steem users will be a VERY big deal! And I can only ask that @desmond41 and @emmanueloppong learn from @mcsamm and @tj4real and to work through the depressing times, and to ignore the recent drop in SBD and steem and work twice as hard making posts to make up for it. Continue posting photograph rich posts showing your business and real estate related dreams and continue documenting the potential of Ghana and BELIEVE that we WILL have higher SBD and Steem prices and that even with $1 SBD price, like it used to be, we could still have no problem making $100 and $1000 posts everyday as we gain more followers and make our Steem Team Ghana Cause the BEST known social cause on steem.

I really do want to make West Africa and Ghana in particular into an actual Sim City like Videogame where you can investing certain areas, message actual humans who allow us to GPS track them in exchange for tokens, so we turn Ghana into one big reality TV show to usher in a new wave of Universal basic WORK , anti welfare initiatives, where we show the world that everyone can find employment online and that steem will end up supporting the lives of billions of human beings, just like how Facebook and its half a trillion dollar marketcap could easily support a billion people in the developing world... the numbers are all there, steem WILL become a trillion dollar blockchain and we WILL see $4000 Steem prices when that happens :D ( $2000 if steem hits a $500 billion dollar marketcap like facebook has )
And we can now get some prefabricated tiny homes that I will be using to upgrade my own treehouse. My father showed me some of these new pre-fab super shed kits and boy do they look nice! I bet we could get Team Ghana members to make their own blueprints and make their own versions! @bania with @dcity in Nigeria would also be interested in these micro home prefabricated sheds! I see a HUGE future for these prefabricated small homes!
Now I must touch on a need for a Steem Tip Bot... I see some news here that makes me a little disappoint,

hey... wait a minute....WTF ...WHY doesn't STEEM have its own Tip Bot? Like the Dogetip bot on Reddit that had the balance of millions of dollars in doge GAMBLED away by the owner who thought he could make a quick trade to make more money for the project and annihilated everyone's doge tips in one trade hah, just another case that proves the point of steem and why decentralization is necessary! So let's get a TIP bot for steem like @tipu but which works on NON steem websites like Reddit facebook Instagram etc!
Maybe @boycharlieplays can help build a Steem Tip Bot for Minecraft or pokemon because he is actively building GREAT projects involving steem with Schools, legos, Pokemon Minecraft and school work to help teachers and after school programs give out activities on steem to allow students to earn money over the steem blockchain. ..... here is a post with examples!

I believe he is going to reach a tipping point very soon and become very popular here on the steem blockchain. I was asking @fredrikaa about managing his team to possibly look into a front end for steem like @dmania by @zombee BUT instead of making it for memes, just make it for photographers to post photos, and they get paid in steem... and yes they could just use steemit.com but we market steemit as a blogging platform, and @fredrikaa mentioned how steemit should be more like a portal and we should have links that show allow our Dtube, Dmania, Dsound posts separated out in different pages. It is necessary to make a specific dedicated front end JUST for photographers and I believe it doesn't have to have any special new features, it can just be a clone of Dmania but with some graphic design changes, all cosmetic. The cosmetic changes could simply be to make this website show photographers, maybe some pictures of some canon or Nikon camera, maybe sprinkle in some pictures of some cute girls and good looking guys taking photos of some nice scenes, and the website would sell itself!

Marketing is the biggest challenge, and there is a website now called http://bescouted.com that is like a steem based front end talent agency, but my version which I will pay for someone to build, is just as simple as @Dmania where you sign in with Posting key (or steemconnect) and your posts show upon your steemit account. OH and we will have a registration Button which will simply take you to the steemit.com new account registration link here https://steemit.com/pick_account and this will allow new users to get an account. AND we will have a whole VIDEO and a web page that shows people how to get their posting key, step by step, and this will give us a head start!
We WILL rise above every other steem front end if we simply pour more time and money into ADVERTISING. And like @fredrikaa said in steemspeak.com chat today, it only takes one steem front end to go Viral for steem to start going viral! So I believe if we go promote this new steem photography front end on the reddit Subreddits for Pics, EarthPorn and other Photography subreddits, then just reddit users alone who already post their photos will ALL be moving to this new steem blockchain! It is an offer they cannot refuse! Especially if we advertise that we are FRIENDLY top previous Reddit users and offer them a very small amount of steempower IF they actually have a large amount of reddit karma!
NOW about this recent market correction: if Steem started pumping while everything ELSE was dropping we could start PUMPING steem and EVERYONE would fucking come to steem . Every trader that is watching on @poloniex and @bittrex would see that shit at the TOP while everything is in RED, steem would be SUPER green and LOOK the next day after the big BTC crack to under 10K we get super green Graphene prices! all the DPOS is up!
