Drill 9 - Beating an opponent

Hi guys, here’s drill 9. Don’t forget to check out the key points below

In the video below there are 4 skills which should allow you to beat a player in a 1v1 situation

Maintaining a low position when performing the skill which will provide you security
Accelerate away once the skill has been completed to gain space between you and the opposition
This can be done as slow as you like until you have successfully learnt how to perform the skill effectively
Always practice with both feet
