I spent weeks talking to AI when it first came out. In fact, it was better then than it is now. They've dumbed it down. But what I soon realised is that is wasn't intelligent. It was just regurgitating what it had read on Reddit etc and also bullshitted 99% of the time.
I now pretty much ignore AI unless it's for coding or something like that. It's basically an habitual liar and regurgitator. It has no ability to think for itself and because most things it says are wrong, it's pointless.
It'll get better. But we are years away and I don't think it'll ever be intelligent. I think intelligence is a subset of consciousness and consciousness is not mechanical like a computer is. I think it exists at a higher level, likely another dimension, with our biological brains acting as a vessel for it in this lower dimension.
I somewhat agree with neuroscientist Andrew Gallimore....
This also applies to marketing. We see a lot of companies now using AI in marketing and communication. I think a lot of the communication is done without the business knowing that the worker is using it. What you get is something that looks lazy.
This reflects very badly on a brand both consciously and subconsciously... If you can't be bothered to even communicate with me yourself, or use your own mind for marketing, then your products will also be lazy, so it's best avoided.
