Condom is an elastic thin sheat that is worn inorder to prevent the passage of sexual fluid during sexual intercourse. The use of condoms is one of the easiest ways to help couples space their children. Here are the proper and effective ways to use a condom:
● Tear open the condom packet carefully. Don’t use teeth, nails or any sharp object.
● Wait until the penis is fully erect; hold the tip of the condom to expel the air, roll it down over the erect penis (this allow room at the end to collect the sperm).
● After sex, hold the condom at the base of the penis and withdraw gently before the penis goes soft.
● Tie the used condom in a knot (to hold-in the sperm) and then dispose it by burning or burying it. (Do not flush it down the toilet)
● Use a new condom every time you have sex (do not re-use condoms).
