Alright so this is a bit of a con, and not a ‘real’ Airdrop in terms of a coin on https://coinmarketcap.com/ but I have to at some point reveal the CHOPS token, as I have been sitting on it for a week already.
This trades (or will do) on the mighty https://steem-engine.com/ token trading arena where STEEM seems to be heading lately.

Anyone who receives votes from the @chops.support account will be gaining some CHOPS tokens, whether you like or not!
There’s over 70 accounts that are voted for on the @chops.support auto-voter so please bear with me with this Aidrop.
It’s a manual job and there appears no way to automate it, or is there? If you know of a way then please let me know, maybe @detlev knows (for the future).
So now we have a potentially new but useless token. I have to wholeheartedly agree with you, but it’s just fun and nothing else.
What I have in mind for CHOPS tokens is to give them away to articles of merit. If you see someone who has written a particularly meaty piece of writing then surely they deserve a chops token for their effort.
‘This write-up was particularly meaty, fulfilling, wholesome, beefy and deserving of a CHOPS token.’
Does this have a ring of madness to it? I hope so.

As he did a particularly outstanding job with @goblinknackers’ Goblin artwork, I commissioned @katharsisdrill again to create a ‘CHOPS’ cartoon character for both the token icon and the larger artwork.
For the moment, CHOPS tokens cannot generated using the !CHOPS command like some of the others I see (DRAMA, BEER, SHADE), but I will be working on getting this happening soon.
The number of CHOPS tokens you will receive will be weighed against your vote percentage that the @chops.support gives you.
I will be awarding CHOPS tokens to some other Steemians who are not on the auto-voter as well as this.
There will be no notification, this is a silent Airdrop.
I hope to see some movement on the marketplace soon, but that’s means someone has to be willing to buy them.
If Drama and Beer can make it, then I don’t see why CHOPS can’t too.
