You hit it on the head!!! (pun intended) They approached him in such an aggressive manner, and immediately resorted to extreme violence. Police motto used to read, "to protect and serve"; now it reads, "comply or die". Many of these are ex-military with ptsd, and apparently most seem psychologically unfit for the job.
