While I am total tech nerd this is where draw the line. No Amazon Echo, Google Home or Apple HomePod. Home automatisation only when the server is located in my home and no commands leave the house. Currently I use Homematic which is pretty primitive and quite outdated but fulfils my security requirement by not being connected to the outside world.
