One shooter is down, but the investigation is still active according to local police. Witnesses are reporting several gunmen.
Footage has been uploaded to twitter by festival-goers. Audio suggests that the shooters are using high-powered automatic weapons.
According to ABC, concert-goers reported seeing muzzle flashes from the upper floors of the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino across Las Vegas Boulevard from the country music festival and the sound of what they described as automatic gun fire.
In an Instagram story, celebrity Dan Bilzerian reported seeing a girl get shot in the head.
