So these are extremely challenging times we are living in right now so I thought I would compile a list of 10 ways to hack the Matrix in order to transcend and become the best versions of ourselves.
HACK 1- Stay healthy-
Look at all the toxins and chemicals in our food, water, and air these days. The first thing we need to be doing is REJECTING this at every turn. Consider a plant based diet, it honestly changed my life and my health. Work out regularly and try and cut out all the bad habits that are holding you back health wise. Being a healthy person is a huge middle finger up to the system who want us all dumbed down, sick, and unable to function to our full potential. Self love starts with our own temples, love yourself by loving your body.
HACK 2- Protect your energy-
We need to be very aware of this subject. I have many people come to me for healings and they have allowed a toxic person close to them for too long, others have gone to questionable 'healers' and opened themselves up to worse experiences. Some come to me after taking DMT or ayahuasca with dodgy 'shamans' and feel worse. Im just saying be careful who you allow both in your personal life and into your energy field. Im not saying that everyone out there is dangerous or toxic, what I am saying is just use discernment and get a feel for that person's energy before you commit to anything.
HACK 3- Advise others but don't force
In my own desperation to let people know what is happening in this World I learnt that you cannot force it,. you only end up damaging yourself in the end. I've found it very difficult watching loved ones feeding their children toxins and vaccinating them, I tried to shout it from the rooftops but ultimately the louder you are the less you seem to get through to them. That's not to say you shouldn't speak up not at all, its just put it out there a few times in a calm way, if it doesn't work then at least you know you tried your best. Don't make yourself depressed if people won't listen, the right people who are open will listen.
HACK 4- Raise your vibration
Everything is done to get keep us in fear, depressed, and in a low vibration. Be very aware of your vibration, how are you feeling? If you feel you're getting dragged down then do things to raise your vibration, whether that be getting in touch with your creative abilities, exercising, or whatever your vice is. Don't give in to a system that is set up for you to feel low and helpless.
HACK 5- Get out in Nature
Nature is healing in and of itself. In my own life whenever I feel low or not quite myself I go out for a walk in the woods or on the beach, I always feel a lot better and I find it very healing. We are surrounded by technology and WIFI at every turn. Sometimes its nice to just disconnect and get out in whats real.
HACK 6- Drink clean water-
Lets face it our tap water is toxic, full of chemicals, toxins, and in some areas of the world the neurotoxin fluoride (which we have been told is actually good for us). Even bottled water or filtered doesn't cut the mustard, personally I recommend water distillers as the best, they are affordable and remove 98.8% of toxins. HACK 7- Build your own spiritual core
Whether its yoga, tai-chi, meditation retreats, or whatever, its important to build up your spiritual core. Strengthening this will enable you to deal with life in a much more positive and calm manner, it will keep you grounded in this crazy World!
HACK 8-Inner child work
Everyone is going down the gym to get physically fit but barely anyone wants to do the internal work. (This also used to be me!) I cannot tell you how much better life becomes when you start taking the trash out of your own mind, trash that has been there for many years. We all have a little boy or girl who have been crying out for our attention for our whole lives to be heard, don't ignore them. If you work with them and acknowledge them you will have better relationships in your life.
HACK 9-Find your purpose and take risks
Nothing ever grows in your comfort zone so why stay there? What is 'safe' is not always going to lead you to your highest path. Take time to get in touch with your creativity and really think about what you want to do with your life. The years pass so quickly and before you know it you're looking back, leave nothing to chance. Do what you came here to do.
HACK 10-Laugh at the Matrix!
Lets be honest things are so crazy right now that if you don't laugh you will cry! We are living in some kind of open air mental asylum right now, if you can see it like that and laugh at some of the mayhem then you will be able to deal with it all a whole lot better!
