It has passed 6 years since I created this account and I decided to create a post to celebrate that important moment in my life.
I really miss to post here and since summer vacations that I've been eager to begin again to write and share some photos.
However, I must say it is hard to start or even decide on what I will be focusing on!!
I will much likely just write to practice my writing skills and to free my mind. At least in this space it is not expected that my writing can get censured.
I started my journey on Steemit with a cooking series - Sunday Cook which give me a lot of work, but also a bunch of recipes I can now check whenever I'm lacking ideas to cook.
That was what happened today: I revisited this Sunday Cook # 7 - Chicken with onion soup and cream recipe which I served with rice and vegetables. I was proud to prepare a proper Sunday Cook meal again which I have not done for several weeks or even year(s).
I also realized that I used to cook a huge amount of meat, which likely made me sick at that time.
For dinner I had this carrot soup, which made me laugh when I opened the box.
In case you haven't realized...The soup had a huge smile on it!! 
It seems I haven't shared the carrot soup recipe, which has been one of my favorites since ever :D
Maybe one of these days... ;)
Meanwhile, I have been doing fieldwork, handout activities, some writing, and data analysis...and most importantly, taking time to just do nothing and with that trying to keep my mental health!
One of my tricks is challenging me to search for beauty wherever I go.
These are photos from oak and chestnut forest at Vinhais, in the Northeast Portugal.
It was a bless to walk in this woodlands as they are not that common in Portugal!!
Now, more than never I realize how important is to take time and taking care of us and of our beloved ones.
