When the MSM and Politicians start acting in lockstep, changing their tune, you know something has changed in the Grand Narrative that we are being fed on a daily basis.
Antifa has been allowed to commit acts of violence in, the public sphere, for the at least the last 18 months. They've been quietly sanctioned to attack any conservative gathering in the US, including campaign stops of the current President.
Earlier in the year, we saw the violence at The Battle For Berkley, which transpired right in front of the Berkeley police force, which stood down and allowed the violence to occur. The above photo shows a guy from the conservative side punching a young lady from Antifa in the face. It appeared all over the MSM press. What it failed to show was that she was trying to clobber the guy with a liquor bottle.
Regardless of your politics, the messaging in the media right now has started to turn against their favorite antagonist, Antifa.

Antifa had appeared untouchable by law enforcement and without blame, because they were "Punching Fascists." It's easy to be the white knight in a binary system when your opponent is labelled as racist and fascist. But that now changes.
Homeland Security now claims to have been investigating the black clad protesters for months and has now deemed them to be creating acts of Domestic Terrorism! That is a complete 180 from the way that Antifa has been allowed to operate for over a year. What Happened?
- Have their ranks swelled to such an extent that they pose an actual threat to law enforcement?
- Have they been caught plotting large scale attacks in the US?
- Is this the lead-up to a more coordinated assault?
- Have they fulfilled their mission of dividing the nation and are no longer needed?
I don't know the answers to those questions, but something has changed. Politicians and Media Outlets are now pushing the same story. That the darlings of the counter culture are in fact Domestic Terrorists.
Whenever the Grand Narrative changes it's tune, it makes me question the reason. The White Supremacy/Alt-Right vs. the Radical Left messaging was doing a great job of splitting the US in two, seemingly what TPTB were attempting. What changed that DHS is now anti-antifa? You can't have a race/ideology war if their is only one side to fight it.
