I read the book first time in 2013 after reading a book review from RooshV (https://www.rooshv.com/review-of-antifragility-by-nassim-taleb)
I immediately fell in love with the book and have reread (and reading it now) several times.
However, I have not yet implemented it so much in my personal life, but I am going to take measures to come to the Antifragile side of the Triad in as many domains as possible.
I will not give a book review, but it is highly recommended.
