Hi guys, if you are looking for ways to reduce the noise from Antminer I have a suggestion for you. Get some rockwool, two flex duct pipes, some thin cloth (flame retardant if possible) and a cardboard box.
I bought 125 mm flex pipes but now I think I should have tried with a little bigger pipes. The flow rate will be better with bigger pipes. Please view the pictures below to see how I made my antbox!
The thin cloth is for covering the rock wool as it can release fibers. I used unprotected rockwool pieces for the top cover.

I put this in the kitchen - under the work area.
No complaints from my wife as it is not loud at all. I set the fan to 50% to and kept the inlet pipe next to the open window and let the other pipe freely on the floor. It gives out hot air.
I decided to keep the power unit outside the box. The total cost is less than 40 euros. But the noise level is really down. The resonant noise is the one that is difficult to get rid of. As you can see the top is not properly closed - even with that I am happy.
Hope it helps. Thanks for reading..
