Current Problems in Various Cryptocurrency Exchanges

At the moment, Apollo recognizes different problems with how most of the cryptocurrency exchanges are currently operating. Among these problems we find that exchanges do not have good customer support, this is mainly because they do not have enough staff to cope with the amount of customer enquiries that the upsurge of interest in cryptocurrencies has created. They have low liquidity, little or no market information, suffer from market manipulation and low customer security.

Support Categories and Limiting Users Who Abuse The System

Apollo will hire between 200 and 500 customer service agents to be prepared for the expected massive migration of users/traders who will adopt the Apollo platform. Users will be able to select how urgent the problem that they are facing is and have an answer according to their request.

Users who select that their request is urgent, or those who simply wish for the quickest reply and do not mind paying for support will be charged a small fee around $1–10 dollars to submit an urgent request. If the request is diagnosed as being an urgent request, the charge will be refunded. This also has the benefit of stopping the abuse of the urgent label request.

Exchange Connections

Liquidity can be achieved by connecting to other well known exchanges and sharing order books. The idea is to use backend API connections to trade users orders on other exchanges if the volume is not available between Apollo traders. If the Apollo exchange was to experience a flash crash, orders would still be protected by distributing them equally across all connected exchanges, this means that buyers/sellers orders will still get filled.

There will be a special section for traders to be kept informed about different coins, projects, ICOs and other topics. This would allow investors to gain knowledge about more coins, and have a more diversified portfolio.
