I remember like it was yesterday... In December 2018, I made commitment to get back in shape and lose a quick about 15 LBS (of fat).
Actually I lost the weight pretty fast and it took me about 30 days to do so and hit that goal in January.
It's now been six months and I have yet to gain a pound back. I guess my metabolism is in full gear because I just ended a 4 day cheat day in a row. LOL
However, I'm not stopping at all.
Working out couple times a week became a habit and if I don't do it, I know I would feel like shit for the rest of the week and I'm not going to let that ever happen.
So what are my goals now? I'm not sure yet but let's see if I can keep this up for another 6 months!
