The amount of fat in my body is very low. I do not have to exercise to lose fat. Yes, Exercise is good for our Muscles and Bones. It can increase our Energy levels.
Today I measured my weight (47.7kg). Surprisingly, the weight gain increased by 2.7kg😄. The next target is to reach 50kg.
