Our willpower is strictly limited & if you use too much of it, the body switches to reserve mode, performance is reduced to a minimum. "survival mode"

The following is important, we are busy with so much garbage in our daily lives today, false values are conveyed, we are educated to be consumers and so often we are distracted from the essential.
Most people think for too long and have great difficulty even with small decisions.
Life is becoming more stressful and complex.
Today you have to be clearer about what you want and don't want, otherwise you waste too much valuable willpower. (🔜 #⃣4⃣)
Plan, analyze, set priorities, make cold decisions and then follow through!
The biggest problem you face is your own to-do list:
You just take on too much...
Instead of prioritizing, you want to do everything TODAY and then you realize that too much has been put on the to-do list - even for a week there is a lot!
Just like with many New Year's resolutions:
You want to stop smoking, you want to do sports, change your diet, you want to have a career and you don't want to forget your family... It is very likely that NOTHING will be implemented.
On February 1st of the new year it is often embarrassing to think about the resolutions...
Do 1 thing, concentrated and 100%,
then make the next decisions and don't get distracted by irrelevant things!

#⃣2⃣ / 7⃣ Entscheidung 🔀 "Begegnest du einem Krieger, so ziehe dein Schwert. Trage (d)ein Gedicht nur einem Philosophen vor." ▪Jede noch so kleine Entscheidung in deinem Alltag kostet dich an Energie, kostet dich Willenskraft. Je mehr Entscheidungen du am Tag triffst oder treffen musst, desto weniger wirst du gegen den Abend meistern können. Und das ist gefährlich.
Unsere Willenskraft ist streng limitiert & nutzt du zu viel von ihr, schaltet der Körper in Reservemodus, die Leistung wird auf ein Minimum reduziert. "Überlebensmodus"

Wichtig ist folgendes, wir sind im heutigen Alltag mit so viel Müll beschäftigt, falsche Werte werden vermittelt, werden zu Konsumenten erzogen und werden so oft vom wesentlichen abgelenkt.
Die meisten Menschen überlegen zu lange und haben selbst mit kleinen Entscheidungen grosse Schwierigkeiten.
Das Leben wird stressiger und komplexer.
Man muss sich Heute klarer den je bewusst sein, was man will und nicht will, man verschwendet ansonsten zu viel an wertvoller Willenskraft. (🔜 #⃣4⃣)
Plane, analysiere, setzt dir Prioritäten, triff eiskalt Entscheidungen und zieh es dann auch durch!
Das größte Problem welchem du begegnest ist deine eigene To-Do Liste:
Man nimmt sich einfach zu viel vor...
Statt Prioritäten zu setzten möchten man alles HEUTE erledigen und merkt dann, dass zu viel auf der To-Do Liste notiert wurde - sogar für ne Woche ist da viel!
Genau wie bei vielen Neujahrsvorsätzen:
Man will aufhören zu rauchen, will Sport treiben, Ernährung auch noch umstellen, Karriere möchte man natürlich auch und die Familie selbstverständlich nicht vergessen... Mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit wird NICHTS davon umgesetzt.
Am 1. Februar des neuen Jahres ist es oft peinlich an die Vorsätze zu denken...
Mach 1 Sache, konzentriert und 100%,
triff dann die nächsten Entscheidungen und lass dich nicht von irrelevanten Sachen ablenken!
