يجب علينا أن نفهم أنفسنا جيدا، نفهم متطلباتها وميزاتها وأيضا عيوبها والجوانب الخفية منها، وأيضا يجب أن نعرف شخصيات الآخرين قبل التعامل معهم كي نتعامل معهم جيدا، فالأشخاص يتغيرون مع مرور الوقت لذا يجب معرفة شخصياتهم كي نقرر جيدا هل سنستمر في التعامل معهم أم لا.
وبالحديث عن الشخصيات سوف اتحدث اليوم عن الشخصية الانطوائية..
الشخصية الانطوائية هي شخصية عاجزة، فهي تعجز عن تكوين علاقات أو الانتماء لأي مجتمع، تعيش كالتائه بين البشر، لها أسلوب حياة معين منفصل عن الآخرين، فصاحب هذه الشخصية بارد كالثلج لا تؤثر فيه العواطف لأنه يكره الاقتراب من أحد، ولا يتأثر بالنقد أو المدح.
ما يميز هذه الشخصية أنها لا تشعر بالخذلان من أي أحد فهو يحيط نفسه بجدار ويمنع أي احد الاقتراب منه ، لكنها أيضا شخصية عملية جدا ولديها صبر لا محدود.
فأصحاب هذه الشخصية هم من المكتشفين والمخترعين، من الممكن أن يكون صاحب هذه الشخصية كاتب ويعجب الآخرين بكتاباته ويستفيدوا منه كثيرا لكنه لا يمكن أن يستفيد من أحد.
هؤلاء لا يرون أنهم يمتلكون مشكلة فهم يحبون الانعزال عن الآخرين ويعتبرون هذا الشيء طبيعيا.
