Over the last two years the city of Vancouver, WA has been updating its waterfront in downtown. It's an amazing project which is already bringing so much life to the city. I can't wait to see the finished product! Before the building started it was a sleepy little downtown area with many empty buildings and run down shops just begging to be revitalized. The progress they have already made is staggering. Some beautiful buildings are going up fast with many business opportunities to be had. Creating jobs will help to offset the number of locals who are forced to commute across the bridges to work in Portland, a city that undervalues and underappreciates what the 'couve provides them. I can't wait until we are finally liberated from the deadly traffic of Portland, which causes outrageous wait times and accidents galore. It's about time Vancouver was able to stand on its own and provide its residents with a living. Let the population expolosion begin!
