A mother Smilodon left her newborn cub inside a warm hollow log. The little cub amuses himself watching a mother black widow spider tend to her brood inside their egg sac.
Most of the Smilodon art I've found are adults, and typically in aggressive pose. Not that that's bad necessarily.. But this.. Is absolutely priceless. So cute, expressive, and very well done.
