There are two different pictures of the Bathers at Asnieres.
One has a hat on the boy and the other has no hat. Can you spot the differences?

All the main characters in my paintings are actually me. Now if you look at the second picture you will find there is no hat. This is the picture that hangs at the Art Institute in Chicago. I think this is the original.
This is another picture I found in the internet.
I don't know where this painting came from. I don't think Seurat painted it but this is the picture I followed when I did my painting. I used acrylic on canvas. It is winter now in Korea and I love to look at these impressionists relax by the river. We didn't do a winter vacation or a staycation but I would like to lay down next to a warm riverside park today. Maybe only in my dreams.
