Children of no man
leftovers from a joint over a stretch,
Hidden in the dark was thrown!!
No education to this children batch,
Picking up the food they have grown!!
like a dog waiting for the food to "fetch",
streets they live upon no house of their own!!
A loaf of bread and their stomach would wretch,
Children of no man ,Hunger is all they have known!!
I live in Delhi the capital of India, With the perks of living in a cosmopolitan city it has its downside too !!
you would see restaurants in lines at Connaught place , with Audi Jaguar BMW parked outside them . In there people who have been graced with money to spend on most expensive food they have to offer , and outside is a group of children who are looking through the glass wondering if they will leave some food and they will get to eat it from the dustbin !
thats what lead me to draw this painting !!
And as i have promised half of the money from this post will too go to the hungry homeless people , If you have always wanted to do something for these homeless people I may give you a chance to give back to the community ( I will write about our team in next post)!!
