Art is one of the most important keys to learning and development, in expoloration of materials there are endless learning possibilities. counting, fine motor skills, learning about animals and their environments, learning how mixing various colours or substances change the composition entirely. It is one of the fundamentals that allows children to learn whilst having fun, for alot of children art projects are becoming a rarity, everyday should be used as an oppertunity to explore another area of creativity, whether its making smiley faces with their food, painting, tuff tray worlds, or cooking. all help add valuable skill sets that can be useful in later life.
