I recently read an article about a work shop which is a creative entrepeneurship workshop,where people teams are welcomed to participate in an activitu,where they have two hours to create a project,art piece which then have to be readt to be sold,viewed by the public.
There was more detailed info about this particular workshop and I loved the idea,but at this time I wanted to share an idea of my own.
Reading this really inspired me and I had this thought of making a similar workshop,even of a sort where artists could contribute just by participating and creating a piece in about 30 min up to one hour. Then all the art pieces would be sold in an open auction- right after the even itself- being part of the even itself. And all the proceeds would be donated. It would be a charity event+ great artists could devote their time- couple of hours to participate and by taking the fact that those artists would be already well known by their peers,there is a big chance of raising good money which then would be given to those in need.
There have already been events where the money from the sold pieces have been donated,but here the artists would have to create right on the spot. The theme could be chosen before or just every artist could choose their own one. Anyway this idea seems intetesting to me,now it would take a lot of effort to organise it and to attract the artists,but if the purpose is tp help others, I think it could be done!
