Hey dear Hive Community, first of all I would like to wish you a pleasant day and hope that you are well and your day was full of positive experiences! In this post, I would like to talk about art history and hope you can learn something new.
I created these works of art with the help of artificial intelligence and are supposed to express the art form cubism a little more. The origins of Cubism can be traced back to the beginning of the 20th century to France and describes an art movement that was strongly shaped by geometric shapes and strongly influenced modernity and the word is derived from the French word cube which means cube. One of the best-known artists of Cubism is the Spanish painter Pablo Picasso (1881 - 1973) who one day met the artist Georges Braque (1882–1963) and created this art form together with him. The artists focus on painting landscapes, portraits or still lifes and this art style has also changed other forms such as sculpture or architecture. Typical properties for this art form are the abstract as well as geometric shapes and patterns and it is divided into two different areas such as analytical and synthetic cubism. The first phase was Analytical Cubism and here the focus was on the form and it was about analyzing the objects that you wanted to paint and for this the artist reduced the objects in his thoughts. The shapes usually appeared clearer and the shades were changed and the shades competed on colors of the earth such as brown or gray and the next further development was synthetic cubism and here it was about bringing together the disassembled patterns. One of the most revolutionary artists of synthetic Cubism was the Spanish painter Juan Gris (1887-1927) and he began to be inspired not only by thoughts or his intuition and the used colors became brighter and also new materials were used as a basis.
