Today I want to share an art project I did with my daughter, it was inspired by post I spotted here on Steemit and even it was not an art post it got me thinking of a way to use it as a theme. You can check the post from @hotsteam over here. I like looking through content here to get inspiration.
Thinking about it, this is one thing that can set this platform aside from other social media is the quality of the content, making it inspiring and unique. How easy we fall into a trap of trying to make it easy for ourselves we start making shortcuts and post content that we not proud of, we get lost in pursuing money and fame and forget about the true value behind the words that we post.
I do not have any other social media accounts, simply because I do not care, what people do every minute of the day and trashing my time with useless nonsense. If I decide to spend some of my precious free time on social media, I want to know that it gives me opportunity to learn something new and open my eyes to another side of things.
Thank you for letting me in this community and even we are not exactly friends in real life, I feel like people here bring more into my life then any large number of friends I could have on Facebook :)
I helped my daughter make those flamingos using only some leftover feathers, glue, colour markers and some imagination!
I think it's a good exercise for her eye-hands coordination while gluing in the feathers.
