the daily routine, all the things we have to accomplish in one day, all the decisions that our consciousness and subconsciousness has to make are rushing past. and often we are missing the opportunity, to live in the moment, in the here and now.
That's why I created this little video series of, to stop in our daily routine for a few minutes and pay attention to the small and inconscpicuous things in life with thankfulness and greatfulness!

der Alltag und all die Dinge die wir am Tag bewältigen sollen, all die Entscheidungen die unser Bewusstsein und unser Unterbewusstsein treffen sollen rauschen an uns vorbei. Und wir verpassen oft die Gelegenheit, den Moment, das Hier und Jetzt bewusster wahrzunehmen.
Deshalb habe ich eine kleine Videoreihe gestartet, um im Alltag innezuhalten und auch die unscheinbaren kleinen Dinge bewusst und mit Dankbarkeit und Achtsamkeit wahrzunehmen.
