Step by step. As you can see, this is quite simple work in minimalistic style.
1. Started with general shapes of trailer with 1-2 details + wheels.
2. Step by step i just add more details, lines, fender and so on.
3. The road with plants and stones fits into the overall concept and adds right outdoor atmosphere (IMHO :))
For dots effect i used free 8 Free Stipple Shading Brushes for Adobe Illustrator
and The Dead Pen | Hand Drawn Toolkit
4. Tried with different color variants.
Finally, i stopped at this variant, with door and "Happy Camper" quote :
