The biggest place in my life and soul is reserved for art. As a camera for a photographer, so for me, a brush is an instrument of knowing the world, through the prism of imagination. I believe in many things. In the fact that there are no casual encounters and events. This is all, as it seems to me, a plan developed for us and granted from above. I still believe in a miracle, because my parents taught me this way, putting correct beliefs in my mind. I believe in people, I believe in myself and in life.
Drawing became my motivation not so long ago, just four years ago, when I first realized that I could be a creator and do something that brings real pleasure. Then my path of the artist began, and I follow him as an inner covenant. I suggest you go with me to my master class, and I hope that this journey will not only be useful, but also interesting.
In this master class, we not only create an elegant ensemble of butterflies on glassware, but also make the most of innovative methods of drawing that do not require special talents and efforts. Even if you always believed that you do not know how to draw beautifully, then I assure you, most likely this is a delusion. And so:
We need a standard set of objects to create a picture on the glass. Painting tape, nail polish remover (used as a degreaser), a few cotton wool discs, a sponge for utensils (they contain the whole secret), four types of acrylic paint, glass contours (white is required, and gold or silver is chosen for your individual discretion) . Also need a pair of brushes. Here neither the size nor the composition is basic, but I believe that there is nothing better than a synthetic brush. She's soft, she's obedient ... she's perfect! )) So take it specifically.
Then degrease our glass with a liquid for removal, until the characteristic creak under the cotton disc. This is necessary for the purity of the experiment (literally), and to ensure that acrylic is better kept on our dishes, not washed away with water.
When our dishes are clean, we can proceed.
With the help of the paint tape and the eye, we indent, about a centimeter (so that it was nice to drink from the cup afterwards), and pasting the edges in a circle. Also we will hide the handle under the scotch. When our work is ready, we will free the edges with an easy movement of the hand.
We select the sponge, tear off its hard edge, and tear the soft part into 4 pieces. It does not have to be done accurately, but the mood should be good ...)
Next, dipped sponge in white paint and primed cup. It already requires more concentration.
We must try to leave a semicircle in the center of our cup. There will soon settle "lace".
When the cup is ready, we take the plate.
I chose such a large plate in case you suddenly want to hang it on the wall. Then you can buy in the store epoxy glue, and paste behind the rope.
In the meantime, we leave our workpieces in an inaccessible place for children, about a day, to give the paint a good dry out.
The next day ... we prepare the paint. We will need four secondary colors, of which we will make the main colors: purple, lilac, light pink, dark blue, bluish and light blue.
We begin to draw butterflies. We do not need a pencil for this, wings draw easily and simply in several movements. Even if they turn out imperfect ...
On the cup one butterfly is closer to the middle and two from each side.
Then we take a brush and paint our newly-made beauties.
Follow your taste, do not try to get everything out perfectly. On the contrary, light, chaotic movements of the brush will breathe life into drawing. Also with color, experiment, try and bright and light. The main thing, do not be afraid to spoil it. Butterflies can not be spoiled. As one very pleasant artist, Igor Sakharov, says: "Make a stroke with a brush, move away and see if you did not get anything beautiful."
When we are satisfied with the butterflies, we can go to the background. To do this, we take a light pink color and outline the silhouettes. This is to ensure that further sponge processing does not affect our butterflies. So it will be calmer.
Now, take the sponge and dip the same pink color with unpainted spots.
We begin to fill the space between the butterflies in different colors. Let it be blue, and lilac.
Do not forget to fill the picture with white color, it is very harmonious.
At this stage, you can go back to the butterflies and correct them.
Now it's time for contours - the most crucial time. We need a white outline on the glass. If it is new, then be sure to test it on plain paper before applying to the cup. Inside the air can collect, and when you carefully deduce the line, it will break out and spoil everything. I tried many contours of different brands, but a good impression during work leaves it "Decola". The paint is moderately dense and on the surface lies a beautiful dense line.
That's what we do next.
If suddenly the hand shakes, then it's okay, the branches will be clumsy, but piquant.
While the contour dries up, we can use the following in passing.
You can choose what you want, but it seems to me that the silver will fit better, because in the drawing we do not have warm colors, everything is cold.
That's enough paint to fill the empty semicircle in the cup. And on the edges of the plate, too, we pass through the sponge.
While the paint is damp, you need to draw a thin lace. Than to do this? Using the same contour, using the sharp edges of the tube.
That's what the silvered middle of our cup looks like. Beautiful, huh?
Now, as I think, the white contour has dried up and you can finish the finishing touches.
The sponge is slightly dipped in a bright pink color, walk a few times on dry paper to remove excess paint. It should be quite a bit to decorate trees.
You can add a little bright blue paint to the sponge. Here, too, do not overdo it.
To our butterflies are not lost in the surrounding volume of lines, it is worth outlining their wings with a white outline. After that, we will leave our work for a while to dry. And when we return, we will remove the scotch tape.
If you see that the paint is untidy framing the edges, it's enough just to scrape off a sharp object that you think is superfluous.
And, I hasten to inform you that we are already at the finish line. It remains 10 minutes and another five percent of the effort. Take the white outline.
Decorate the cup with picturesque dots and write something beautiful about love. And let us say that we are great! It would be nice to give our tea couple two weeks to stand in a quiet and warm place, then it will be possible to drink and wash and even eat from such dishes.
