Back story:

@Fabiyamada threatened to sue me in the international court of law (and downvote my cow, which isn't even my cow) unless I created a Sea-Doge. So I guess a Sea-Doge would leave comments in broken canine English, similar to the standard Land-Doge.
She kept persisting, and the mute button was looking more and more like an oasis of solace, but when I saw her pencil sketch of Sea-Doge, I changed my mind. So much WOW.
