Yes. There's probably lots of great advice and do this do that. No one to blame but myself. Unfortunately blame just kills. I feel sick a lot. I go to the only park that has trees and shade and isn't boiling hot. I walk and talk to the trees. Yes. I'm completely insane. Trust me, it's no relief or answer to anything. It's extremely painful physically, mentally, emotionally. Please ignore me. I'm incapable of engaging through the internet. Writing doesn't work for me. If we ever met you would be surprised that I like to talk with people. That was my life before the cursed social media engulfed me. Oh well. No one will ever know that
