Today I am posting another interesting assignment I have completed.
The task is to draw an illustration for the School Book for 5th Standard.
Here is the brief given:
"Illustration of early humans settled near a river. Show one early human bathing in river. Show one early human being taking water in his hand from the river and drinking. Show them growing crops near river"
First, I have sketched two early humans prominently at the front and the primitive hut, compound wall, farming people and stone house at the background.
I used Flesh Tint and Dark Brown photo colours for the skin tone.
light blue, Dark Blue and Foliage Green used for the color of water
Stone Grey and Dark Blue combination used for stone shade
Once the colors are dried, I started finishing the drawing by Black water proof drawing pen.
This is the finished drawing.

- Photo Colors: Flesh Tint, Dark Brown, Light Blue, Dark Blue, Stone Grey, Foliage Green, Scarlet Lake, Deep Yellow
- 120 gsm Cartridge Paper
- Black Drawing Pen
