After the expanding foam was built up and A general form to the shark was made We began cutting back the high spots with horse brushes and adding to the low spots with more foam. carving out a better shape and sculpting the piece on a large scale.
Then We joined the three pieces and had to make some adjustments. this required some additional building up and carving of spray foam.
when the pieces where matching uniformaly spots where marked to help indicate a higher level of detail. Then foam was added to low spots and taken away from high spots again. corrugated plastic teeth where added to the gum line to be built up with foam later.
