Killer Mike digital portrait RTJ

Hello mates! I would like to show you a little portrait of Killer Mike i did 2 months ago. I love their music... I love music in general.

This is actually my first portrait i did only on photoshop. I am a big fan of Killer Mike and El- Producto! Their music is really pushing. You can be down when you hear these voices. But after that, you just can't still be powerless
Some of my artworks i drew only while listening to them. Their style is some sort of aggressive and at the same time, you can hear somethings that i personally never thought about. The beats are so at the same time classical and sounding fresh, pumping you up. Giving you the energy to rush through the obstacles and do it perfectly. as Killer Mike said in "Blockbuster part 1" - This Run The Jewels is Murder, mayhem, melodic music
Their videos are great too. For example in "legend has it" "The video for LEGEND HAS IT plays with the theme of guilty until proven innocent. We live in a world where stronger the truth the greater the opposition. In this story EL-P and Killer Mike are in a police lineup and the cards are stacked heavily against them."

Tools used: Photoshop cc 2017 and Wacom Intuos pen small

Tip for artists: When you're drawing something, for example, medieval fantasy theme. Try listening to music that represents that mood at it's best, for example you can drop the Lord Of The Rings soundtrack. This way you can feel it better... I do this while i'm drawing and it helped me alot with some of my artworks.(I hope that i'm not repeating myself :D)
