Excursion into the Mind of a Decalcomaniac

BOGOMIL RISING
Decalcomania definition in Wikipedia: it does mention the Surrealists, and this is what my work is largely based on. Some other definitions one finds on the internet restrict it to something similar to Rohrschach.
I had long since been fascinated by the mastery of Max Ernst, and one of his works I stand in awe of is Europe after the Rain. When I founded the website Visionary Art Hall of Fame, one of the first artists featured was MAX ERNST
This should explain where I am coming from. Decalcomania is closely associated with my alter-ego of Bogomil, which I explained in my 1982 essay I wrote for my solo exhibition that year: BOGOMIL'S UNIVERSE
Here are a few examples of my Decalcomania Paintings:

BOGOMIL'S FANTASTIC LANDSCAPE
BOGOMIL'S CEREMONIAL STAGE - CASPAR AND HIS PROPS
I also created digital work, based on details from my artwork, or from Decalcomania images I created specifically for that purpose. This is the subject of my next post: THE DECALCOMANIAC GOING DIGITAL
